CLOVES Syndrome Community is hosting our FIFTH Family Conference
at Boston Children's Hospital on June 8, 2019.
We are offering a diverse day of conference programming to connect, inspire and educate people with CLOVES and their families.
This information is shared with you as part of our invitation to attend or support our conference as a sponsor or a vendor. Our conference attendees will be primarily people with CLOVES and their families, as well as medical and related professional providers who work with people in the CLOVES community. It is our hope to build lasting relationships with our conference sponsors and vendors.
Our last conference had 75 attendees. This year we hope to have 125 attendees. We've made accommodations for CLOVES families to attend our conference via partial or full registration scholarships, we provide care for children over the age of five years old during the conference and provide limited travel scholarships for those who have financial need. These accommodations for families are critical to ensuring that we reach as many families as we are able to.
We expect that this conference will be our most exciting and inspirational one yet. We are a small non-profit with a patient population around 500 people worldwide. The expenses to put on a biennial conference are significant. Some of our expenses are listed at the bottom of our page.
100% of funds raised through this sponsorship campaign will be used for the conference. Amounts raised that exceed the cost of the conference will be awarded to families for travel stipends. Non-profits providing services and/or benefits to people with CLOVES Syndrome may apply for a $300 table space which includes one conference registration. Email Kristen at email@example.com for details about a Non-profit table.
